In the private the legal relationship between employee and the employer are based on the employment contract. Employment contract is the foundation of the existence and further development of relations that appear in the work performance. Employer’s refusal to legalize the labor relations by concluding in writing the labor contract with the employee is in violation of labor laws that are prejudicial to him, depriving him of certain rights, eg the right to social protection when the employee was unit was fired or liquidated. |
