Change is an essential part of business. It is good to introduce changes, preferably before being forced to do it. What you’ve heard about the resistance to change is true. People like familiar things and patterns. We all know more than we do. We do understand but we do not take actions. The key to all the problems consists in knowing how to act. Successful people are those acting when less successful people don’t, although they sometimes have more information. Change is inevitable. And since we cannot control the change in the surrounding world, we will have to control the way we act. We can choose to anticipate and select changes or oppose to them. There are 2 types of organizations in nowadays word; those changing and those going to bankruptcy. By analogy, we shall see that there are 2 categories of people: those accepting a change and those who, by their attitude towards change, become its victims. World changes around us. If we try to maintain the current situation, and we do not make progresses, then we will certainly fail. |
