Nowadays managers are forced to go through a real informational ocean, being bombing with new and new data, which should be making sense by transforming them into information, which should be useful, transforming them into knowledge and which, finally, should be materialized in actions, in decisions. Informational technologies come to support such managers as to make available a whole arsenal of solutions and software instruments which are more or less complexed. |
