The paper analyses the value dimension of the European integration process. The Republic of Moldova is engaged in the process of democratization and European integration. Both processes are interconnected and mutually conditioned. In this context, the role of European political values adopted in the Republic of Moldova is indisputable. New institutions of democracy are based on core values, they represent values himself. The establishment and development of relations between Moldova and the European Union by signing the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement, the Action Plan does not represent anything other than ways to transfer European values in society; democracy is recognized as the Supreme value in legal documents. Enrolling in the neighborhood policy of the European Union, the Republic of Moldova, through membership of the Eastern partnership continues to acquire European values at the same time to influence the character of process of democratization.
