Despite these progresses, most burned patients, face the problem on what day and on what area should the surgical necrectomia be performed without affecting the healthy tissue. In this article are presented the methods of necrectomia, followed by autodermoplastie, in patients with deep burns.</description>

În ciuda acestor progrese majoritatea arşilor se confruntă cu problema în ce zi şi la ce suprafaţă este necesar să se efectuează necroctomia chirurgocală fără a efecta ţesutul sănătos. În acest articol sunt prezentate metodele de necrectomie, urmată de autodermoplastie, în arsurile profunde.</description>
