Values are part of the organizational culture issue that directly affects the performance of medical institutions. The paper highlights the findings of the doctor’s professionalism. This element, along with other elements (quality of health services, efficiency, performance), is the most important value of organizational culture, because their level influences the activity results and consumers’ satisfaction. |
