By the beginning of 2020, the process of democratization and broadening of certain models of institutions that tend towards democratic values has reached a new level both globally and in developing countries, including the Republic of Moldova. In this context, democratization, in the context in which democratization has become a component of state modernization and a global goal of the international community. This also meant that individual human life gained more importance and more attention. Therefore, the role of human rights and freedoms and their implementation at national and external level has become much more important. At the international level, the process of increasing the level of globalization is attested, which leads to a contraction of space and time, as well as to the gradual wiping out of borders.
