Today's permanently dynamic society, based on fast and complex knowledge, demands more than ever to the school organization, which except for the family has the ability to shape and cultivate the skills, well-being and individual potential of the young generation, to increase the quality of education by adapting to to the new educational paradigms. Thus, in order to meet the new challenges, it is necessary that education is always in step with the evolution and changes that occur. For this to happen, teachers and school managers need to try to develop themselves, build successful organizations, make them more adaptable and strengthen mechanisms to increase their performance. Change, evolution and personal development are essential elements, desired by teachers and school managers and which make them find creative ways to take a step forward. The purpose of this article is to highlight the need for implementation of personal development in the school organization, using methods such as literature review and documentation. |
