Quality, as a theoretical-scientific concept, involves economic, social, educational and cultural aspects of education and is an integral characteristic of educational activities and their results. The concept of quality of education is fundamental for all participants in the educational process and for the beneficiaries of educational services. In order to ensure quality in accordance with the specified requirements for learning outcomes, the quality of management systems of educational institutions should be ensured. One of the principles of quality assurance of management systems is the process-based approach. |
