Rezumat

In the context of inclusive education, the education of children with special needs is receiving increasing global attention. Inclusive education advocates that all children should enjoy equal educational opportunities, including children with special needs. In order to better meet the educational needs of children with special needs, governments and all sectors of society are actively exploring and implementing appropriate educational support services. The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyse the educational support services for children with special needs in the context of inclusive education in Belarus and China. By exploring the practices and experiences of the two countries in terms of policies, laws, educational institutions, teacher training, vocational rehabilitation, etc., it aims to provide reference for further promoting the educational integration and development of children with special needs
