The soils of Moldova: Actual problems of their exploitation and
protection. The topsoil is the main natural resource in the Republic of Moldova. Due to extensive and sometimes thoughtless exploitation, the deterioration of the soil and the decline of its fertility are growing. Soil as a basis of agriculture may perform its functions limitlessly if it is efficiently used and protected. Some recomendations in this respect are proposed. |
