There were effectuated researches on the sperm harvested with the artificial vagina during the breeding season of the rams from breeds created in R. M. Karakul and Tigaie and of the import breeds, Bethaimer, Friza, and Suffolk. It was studied the ejaculate volume and the concentration of spermatozoons in ejaculate. The intra-individual differences, intra-breed these were generally insignificant (p>0.05) on the quantity and quality of semen. |
