In Clinic of vertebrology, orthopedics and traumotology of the Scientifically-practical Center of Children‘s Surgery of „N.Georgiu“ 11 children, with a scoliosis of a different aetiology, for correction of deformation at which was used polysegmentary constructions. Use of a polysegmentary construction, mobilization of a backbone has allowed receiving correction from 42 to 78 % of primary size of deformation. Realization of this stabilization and correction technology of the backbone deformation at growing patients has allowed to receive positive takes to dilate a range of rehabilitation actions and to improve social adaptation of this category of sick children. |
