Under modern conditions of rapid development of information technologies and increased competition in the business environment, the importance of effective information support in the management of an organisation is becoming more and more noticeable, which determines the relevance of investigating this area. The purpose of this study is to identify the key factors of information support for a unified, integrated management system and its impact on the effectiveness of the organisation’s management. This study is based on the use of methods such as: analysis, synthesis and classification. As a result of the analysis, the basic princi-ples and methods of information support of integrated systems were determined and their relationship with the level of implementation and coordination of internal processes in the organisation. The results of the study emphasized the high efficiency of the information support of the integrated control systems (ICS). This system helps to improve coordination between various departments of the organi-sation; to strengthen the links of different levels of management, ensuring a more harmonious and coordinated functioning of the enterprise in general; to increase the speed of managerial decision-making; to reduce time spent on data processing; increase the efficiency of personnel; to increase the overall efficiency of the or-ganisation. In addition, the system has a direct effect on increasing the responsive-ness to changes in the external environment, which contributes to more flexible and adaptive management under the dynamic conditions of modern business. In addition, it was identified that the correct use of a single integrated management system can contribute to a substantial increase in the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. The obtained results can be useful for managers and management personnel of organisations seeking to improve management processes and to contribute to the construction of a more effective management system in modern conditions. |
