The unpredictability and threats to the existence of modern civilization are organically associated with institutional chaos. In transforming societies, the imbalances of the institutional system are most clearly manifested. The lack of logical and consistent “rules of the game”, the lack of flexible and effective institutional structures provoke disruptions in the consciousness and motivation of people, intensify social conflicts, and deepen crisis processes in the economy. For the safe sustainable advancement of society, urgently strengthening the institutional core: the revival of key institutions (family, religion, education, state) in their true meaning, maintaining a balance between informal and formal institutions.
