Rezumat

Consumer rights protection is a fundamental duty of the state of the Republic of Moldova in relation to citizens and any person who is on the territory of the state and is involved in civil relations on its contracts with professionals who provide civil rights to its consumers regarding the right to property, the right to benefit from services and other civil rights. The fundamental and supreme duty of the state to protect consumers is the legal work of the Constitution adopted by the Constituent Assembly - Parliament on July 29, 1994. For these reasons the Parliament in the legislative process and the Government in the administrative have the constitutional obligation to prioritize consumer rights in legislative activities. and executive, which allows us to consider the topic addressed as current and important. The purpose of this article is to scientifically investigate the importance of directing consumers in protecting their rights not only at the legislative and administrative level, but also at the constitutional level on the impact of the regulatory framework, including constitutional on consumer rights. The research methodology is based on the analysis of consumer rights exercised in civil relations with professionals and the elucidation of constitutional guarantees for the exercise of their rights.
