The problem addressed in the present research meets the requirements of a psychosocial nature, by establishing the role of coaching in the professional activity of the educator. Currently, the satisfaction and professional values of educators in preschool institutions represent a pressing issue for our country and demand special attention both from a psychological and social point of view. It is known that teachers in preschool institutions currently encounter a lot of problems, which discourages them from working in the preschool field. At the same time, the poor remuneration and the lack of working conditions influence some educators together with graduates in the field of educational sciences, to join jobs other than those in the educational system or to emigrate. |
