The development of informational technologies involves the emergence of online education to gain knowledge, competencies, professional skills of the information specialist. This communication focuses on the effectiveness of online educational programs for specialized library staff. It emphasizes the need to use productive and effective training methods for online education through Web 2.0 tools and technologies. The consistent and interactive nature of these tools allows learning to be more robust and sustainable than the traditional face-to-face mode. |
