The microorganisms antibioticoresistance in the septico-purulent infections in neurosurgical profile. According to the antibioticograms analysis of 284 sthems of revealed microorganisms from the pacients with nosocomial septico-purulent infections in the neurosurgical inpatient department, 50,1% from them are sensible, but 49,9% - polyresistance on antibiotics have been observed. A higher antibiotics resistance there wos determined in the gramnegative microorganisms (62,5%), inclusivly K.pneumoniae (72,3%), P.aeruginosa (66,5%), E.coli (63,2%), Acinetobacter (61,2%), Proteus (60,0%). From the resistance grampozitive microorganisms on antibiotics, 42,5% hos been detected. From this microorganisms group a higher resistance is registered in the Corynebacteriae stems (65,9%). The generalized NSPI forms (pneumonia, meningoencefalitis)in the majority of cases (80,0%) from them are provoked by polyresistance microorganism on antibiotics. At the sametime in 20,0% cases the sensible microorganism on antibiotics hes been observed. |
