The effectiveness of treatment depends not only on the professional knowledge and experience of the health worker, but also on other factors, such as the quality of the relationship: health worker-patient. In medical practice, such relationships are seen as the main path to optimal treatment. It is impossible to understand the disease without understanding the patient, and treatment depends not so much on the process itself, but on its quality. The formed empathic communicative competence of a medical worker contributes to the construction of effective relationships between a medical worker and a patient. |
