In this article, the problems of party switching in the Republic of Moldova are addressed, which is a fairly widespread social phenomenon in recent decades that has a harmful/ammoral influence on social development our country. The author notes the fact that moldovan political transhumance has become a practice, a rouytine, which is not in the public interest because the issue of politrical migration from one parlamentary faction to another occurs „for a fee”, which represents pure corruption, an excelent example of what can be called a political bribe. In conclusion, it is noted that it is necessary to adopt a law that would prohibit political defection from one party of another, and as a possible solution it could include the request that the defector remain independent until the end of the electoral mandate. words
