Rezumat | ||||||
Related (at least) to the reference normative field of criminal law – and, implicitly, to the context of higher legal education system – we believe that the end of the 20th century, respectively the first part of the 21st century, were placed, in Romania, under the sign of innovation, change and of some (more or less successful) attempts of modernization (in a manner more or less adapted to the national specific and the related legal traditions). The heterogeneous trends thus manifested focused, with predilection, on a stated desire for modernization and rallying to supranational (especially European) standards, but also on preparing the legal infrastructure for numerous problems expected to manifest in the near future, as a result of the extremely accentuated evolution, especially in the field of technology and information. Therefore, the recent and contemporary period is characterized, in legal-criminal matters, by an increased degree of dynamism, constantly raising challenges of varying intensities to both practitioners and theorists – aspects that are manifested, accordingly, in the didactic act specific to the legal-higher education system. |
