This article has researched the subject regarding the legal framework aimed at the employment of foreign citizens in the Republic of Moldova. In this context, it was mentioned that the individual employment contract constitutes a particularly important legal procedure, which in all cases produces legal effects for the parties of such a legal relationship. There was also carried out, in a comparative aspect, through the prism of the legislation in force, an analysis of the necessary documents for their placement in the labor field, there have been were highlighted the legal effects that occur as a result of the legalization of the right to work.
