This article reflects the importance of professional training in order to certify the qualification category (attestation) of specialized library staff. A well-designed personnel evaluation system performs a number of functions, which include influencing employee motivation, increasing productivity and quality of work, planning professional and career development, improving qualifications, making personnel decisions on remuneration, promotion and dismissal. |
