In any community there are people responsible for implementation of random activities, processes, important changes, but they are not mandatory, community leaders. A process of community development is inconceivable without the active participation of the Community Leader. Leadership involves collective action so as to bring significant changes, increasing the competence and motivation of all involved, it meens the action in which more than one individual influence the process. Leadership is an ongoing process, not an event, nor implementing a project or the inspiration of a big idea. True leadership occurs when followers choose to follow their leaders - of faith in them and their vision. Leadership is influenced, if not determined by culture and life experience.
