The paper briefly presents comparison results of FOSS (Free/Open Source Software) platforms and the copyright for development of e-Learning, used in State University of Moldova (SUM), namely: AEL (Advanced eLearning) and Moodle (Modular Object -Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) also and conceptual aspects of terminology, technological, methodological, pedagogical training, assisted by computer, including distance. |
