The article addresses the concurrent positions issue, the applicability of regulations in the field for each contract in situations where the worker has several contracts with different employers. A complex area of scientific methods were used in preparing the article, such as the historical method, which is based on identifying the meaning of the past events in order to reveal them; the logical method, which represents the application of the procedures; the inherent and synthesis studies; deductive argument; as well as the comparative method, which consists in highlighting common and specific features for the subject addressed. The main sources studied are the national norms in the field of labor and judicial practice. Specific proposals of lex ferenda regarding the amendment of some normative acts of the Labor Code have been submitted.
