The study of helminth fauna of common carp from various waterbodies from the Republic of Moldova, during 2017-2019, showed a high level of infestation with various parasites such as: Trichodina sp. – 53,84%, Dactylogyrus sp. – 92,0%, Khawia sinensis – 46,15%, Diplostomum spathaceum – 30,76%, Eudiplozoon nipponicum – 38,46%, Posthodiplostomum cuticola – 12,6%, Bothriocephalus opsariichthydis – 26,6%, Valipora campylancrystrota – 7,69% and Glochidium – 7,49%. In order to reduce the degree of infestation of common carp with highlited parasites we used an innovative measure that imply the use of three drugs (Praziquantel, Fenbendazol, and Levamisol) mixed with a food composition that contains sunflower press cake – 38,5%, corn press cake – 30%, soya bean press cake – 15%, lucerne meal – 10%, meat and bone meal – 5%. The result of the invention consists in performing a complex and efficient deworming of common carp in the spring (April-May), as well as supplementary feeding with the use of nutritious briquettes rich in vitamins, trace elements, assimilated concentrated minerals, which reduces the prevalence of parasitic invasions of common carp by 75-80%, thus stimulating the process and effectiveness of reproduction, weight gain, viability and resistance to environmental conditions. |
