Influence of copper coordination compounds and their combinations with the remedy
BioR on the activity of renal lysosomal hydrolases in propylene glycol intoxication
The influence of copper coordination compounds CMT-28, CMT-67 and their combinations with the cyanobacterian remedy BioR on the activity of the renal lysosomal proteases in propylene glycol (PG) poisoning was studied. It was established that PG statistically conclusive inhibits the activity of cathepsines H, L, arilsulfatases A and B, arylsulfatase C and acid phosphatase in rat kidneys. In small doses (1 mg/kg) only CMT-28 BioR combination statistically significant enhances the activity of cathepsin H in females. CMT-28 and CMT-28 BioR in high doses (10 mg/kg) statistically significantly increase the activity of cathepsin H in females with propylene glycol poisoning |
