Modifications of bone and blood mineral composition in experimental
osteopathy and their correction with local remedies
In experimental osteopathy was established a relative preservation of the content of bone tissue apatite cardinal elements - calcium and phosphate, and a pronounced sensitivity of the regulatory, osteotrope mineral compounds (magnesium, zinc and copper). The cianobacterian remedy BioR and copper coordination compounds CMT-28 and CMT-67 exerted a selective modulatory and individual action on the bone composition and metabolism in experimental osteopathy. Serum minerals level did not correlate with the bone values in physiological conditions and carbon tetrachloride poisoning. |
