Actuality. The components of the professional training of the future tourism specialist, such as the systematization of the partnership between the university and the economic environment, the training of the future specialists on the prospects for the development of the tourism industry, are of great importance for the professional activity by forming a concept about the particularities of the future professional activity. The changing requirements towards the tourism specialist have made it possible to formulate the research problem: which should be the stage training content of the future tourism specialists, that will make more efficient the social, professional and informational skills of future tourism specialists. The aim of the research is the theoretical basis of the innovative stage training of the future specialists in the field of tourism. Methods of research: retrospective analysis of the professional training experience of tourism specialists, generalization of national and international experience regarding the training of specialists in the field of education; methods of questioning and diagnosis (investigation, observation, interview, student survey, testing). Main results consists in: analysis of pedagogical factors, conditions and premises in the innovative training of tourism specialists, based on them, we can conclude the following: the more effectively the teacher motivates the student to develop professionally, the more active the student is in his will of professional self-realization; the higher the social activism of the students is, the more effective will be the relationships with the potential employer; the more organized and systematized the process of career counseling and guidance is, the more the probability of forming the professional consciousness of the future specialist increases. |
