Motivation work and its results are dependent on the nature of social relations between employees and between employees and managers. People need to interact, to establish systems of relationships based on value systems live feeling of the importance of the knowledge, abilities, personal values, etc. To be functional, the structure and the system of ethics must be integrated into the global system and structure of the organisation/institution, so that every individual to understand and assume the role and tasks as part of a collective responsibilities in fulfilling the Organization's mission. |
