Rezumat

The present study "Cross-cultural relations and business Culture in Georgia" is dedicated to the Analysis of specifics of Georgian business culture according to the several characteristics of the value factors compiled by Geert Hofstede (1980, 1984) and Fons Trompenaars (1994). Prepared questionnaires related to the main characteristics of the culture (Power distance, individualism / collectivism, uncertainty avoidance rate, masculinity / femininity, universalism - particularism, neutral / emotional, specific (special) / diffuse, achievement and ascription culture and Time Attitude) Selective interviews were conducted with up to 50 respondents who were foreign nationals and owned a business or were employed in the Georgian labor market. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of the Georgian business-cultural phenomenon have been identified, which foreign entrepreneurs must take into account in order to effectively operate in the mentioned market. The conclusions and recommendations will help all those who are interested in doing business in Georgia and will facilitate the effective implementation of business communications in the country.
