Dividing poultry carcasses is one of the technological operations of the poultry processing industry. The article shows that the production and sale of poultry carcasses in divided form is economically profitable. The technological division operation is performed manually, with the help of small mechanization tools or with the use of highly mechanized automatic lines. The choice of technology and equipment for dividing carcasses depends on the planned production capacity. |
