The results of the factors research of the emotional exhaustion of physical education teachers and sports trainers are presented in this work. It is estimated that the specific conditions and requirements of the professional activity, on the one hand and the higher is the extraversion, awareness, responsibility and individual, personal and psychological peculiarities of pedagogues, on the other hand, the bigger is their contribution to manifestation of emotional and physical depletion, to detachment and dissatisfaction with their activity. |
