The criminal code of the Republic of Moldova was supplemented by art. 13411, which introduced the concept of a terrorist crime. Through this provision, the legislator specified a distinct category of crimes. However, regardless of this fact, the concrete criminal acts, which form this category of crimes, in the current version of the Criminal Code, are placed in four distinct Chapters. We believe that by highlighting this group of crimes, the legislator has identified the presence of some common features of the facts described, which fact allows their placement in a separate Chapter, arising from the common object of the attack. |
