This article substantiates the relevance of the formation of intercultural competence of teachers in a multiethnic educational environment. Considerable attention is paid by the author to the issue of training highly qualified specialists, teaching staff for effective activity and communication in a multicultural educational environment, which is associated with awareness of cultural diversity, tolerant attitude to this diversity and the ability to culturally appropriate behavior. |
