Rezumat | ||||||
The article analyses persuasion as a specific variation of communication policies in the present-day world. It reveals two main factors facilitating communicative persuasion by means of language. Based on the results of the experiments made before, the author illustrates how these two factors can be applied to different communicative conditions and how they can affect the persuasiveness of the communication. The article also specifies certain verbal techniques with reference to advertising that prove to be effective in fulfilling the communicative goal of persuasion. |
