Rezumat

This article explores the influence of media on elective behavior. Studying the elective behavior phenomena as the expression of the political and democratic pluralism requires a changing of the accent from the everyday reality to the perspectives, from present to future. The tendencies that have been manifested in the contemporary elective system and their legal way of evolution that are shaping up, can stand for a starting point in the process of evaluation regarding the place and the role of the mass-media in developing the public opinion and forming the elective behavior.
