The radical transformations in the Republic of Moldova and in all the countries of South-East Europe are associated not only with economical processes but are definitely determinated by the new models of paradigms in the way of restructuring the society in transition. Political and moral values are in deep interference. The necessity to accommodation to the new geopolitical realities influenced the erosion of old and ideological values system; it imposed the agreement of new social roles and norms, values unknown for homo soveticus, it enlarged the normative, behavioral and ideological spectrum of paternalist consciences. The liberalindividual socio-economical model was acquainted as a solution to realize the personal interests, created new patterns of social and civilization identification, latest, the profound economic crisis attenuated this model. Civic conscience require a mature civil society, include the consciousness of roles assumed from citizens, their responsibility and involvement in political and social live with according political behavior and political conscience. This type of conscience represents an imperative of social-historically created situations, a model of integration of citizen in political life and society. Political conscience of our society in order to their development requIre some indispensables conditions and especially, in the first place - the ideological pluralism. The lack and ignorance of orientation tendency to the democratic values of the future is conditioned from the specifically mentality of Republic of Moldova society in which cohabited the elements of totalitarianism and of democracy one. For Republic of Moldova the political civic conscience is in strongly dependence from establishment of civil society which represents an indispensable element of democracy.
