Rezumat

Economic systems have undergone a number of structural changes driven by research advances, innovative technologies and creative solutions to the pressing challenges of the 21st century. With the advent of unprecedented changes in economic models and financial systems, government policies aimed at SMART specializing and investments in the creation of creative assets that have served as the basis for the creation of a creative economy. The purpose of this article is to conceptualize the role of SMART specialization in the development of the creative economy in Armenia and Moldova.
