Internet has become a key factor in banking, which has led to the digitization, diversification and updating of all banking services. The role of banking management is to anticipate methods to increase the quality of services provided, which correspond to the requirements and expectations of customers. Following the analysis of banking services on the market of the Republic of Moldova, I can appreciate the fact that commercial banks have a wide range of banking products and services and this means higher productivity and competitiveness for the banking system of the Republic of Moldova. In an emerging economy, digitization and recent innovations in the banking system are the key to success. |
