Current political, economic and social conditions put forward qualitatively new requirements for specialists with higher education. In this respect, modern specialists must possess not less than two foreign languages. The previously studied foreign language, as well as the native language, may have a positive or negative impact on the process of learning the second one. For a conscious perception of the new language material, it is necessary to apply a comparative and contrastive analysis not only with the native language, but also the first foreign language. |
