The article is devoted to the problem of importance of the teacher culture as the necessary component of the pedagogical culture. The communicative culture is considered as the complexly organized social and individual system of a person, the main characteristic which is the humanistic direction of the development. The necessity of its formation is reasoned by the fact that the teacher involves in the process of communication which has different and multi-planned relations with the contact persons. |
