Rezumat

The purpose of the research is to determinethe weight of the effort zones by monitoring the heart rate and themovement speedof the 10-year oldchildren during the football game. A number of 14 football players aged 10 years, from the School Sports Club no. 1 Pajura, Bucharest, participated in the research. The children, with a weight of 29.95±0.95 kg and a height of 137.7±1.89 cm, were divided into two groups: experimental group (n=7) and control group(n=7). The players from both groups were assigned to positions, namely: Goalkeeper and Central Defender, Offensive Central Defender, Central Midfielder, Right Midfielder , Left Midfielder andForward. The research was carried out inAugust 2022, at the ”Biruința” Sports Center of Bucharest, on a 60/40 m sized playing field, according to thestandard dimensionsgiven by the Bucharest Municipal Football Association. To monitor the effort zones in the football game, Vantage V – Polar FlowSync watch-type functional measurement systems were applied to the experimental group. The research results show the monitoring of the movement distance in training sessions, the heart rate (HR) average, maximum and minimum value and the average and maximum travel speedin the 1st and the 2nd half. There arehighlighted the dynamics of the recoveryin the 1st and the 2nd half and the graph of the individual values, as well as the relationship of the effort zones weight depending on the intensity of the HR and the movement speed. Thus, the analysis of the changes in HRand movement speed contributedto the determination of the characteristics of the effort zones specific to each football playing position in the children aged 10 years.
