Rezumat

This article analyzes salary in the Republic of Moldova and the salary process according to the legislation in force. Salary is considered as income, in fact the most profitable form of income. I designed to analyze the salary in terms of its structure, consisting of basic salary, additional salary and other incentive and compensation payments. Currently, other salaries are added to the salary according to the work done, working hours, working conditions, length of service, etc. In the Republic of Moldova the salary is paid in the national currency and the salary in kind is prohibited by law.
