This article analyzes the work capacity of people with disabilities in accordance with the legislation in force. Disability is regarded as a person with physical, mental or intellectual deficiencies, which in combination with other obstacles can prevent their effective participation in social life. I expected to analyze more intensely and unfold the theme on account of the fact that the company is based on certain stereotypes without evidence and even erroneous. The problem of employing people with special needs may be due to prejudices in society. I have proposed to carry out this idea and to discover to what extent their rights are respected.
