In this article, is represented an analysis of the organizational culture of en-terprises in the Republic of Moldova, in terms of the dimensions established by the German psychologist Dr. Geert Hofstede (namely: power distance index, individualism / collectivism, masculinity / femininity, uncertainty avoidance index, long-term guidance and indulgence in-dex), taken in comparison with corporate culture indicators in Germany. It is certain that the environment created within a company is considerably influenced by the national culture of the state in which the company operates. Thus, this study is of particular importance, being analyzed the organizational cultures of 2 different countries both culturally and economically |
