The prioritized goals set during the war and the post-war period (in short run) are to ensure food security, employment in the agri-food sector and income of a significant share of population dependent on this sector. The population should be provided with food in sufficient quantities and nomenclature, while the food surplus should be exported, taking into account the current logistics capabilities. However, the post-war development of Ukrainian agricultural sector in the long run should take place in accordance with the concept of sustainable resource-conserving agriculture, which meets the goals of conservation and reproduction of natural resources.
