Rezumat | ||||||
Adnottation: Pain and negative emotional experiences present in patients with rheumatic diseases favors severe psychosomatic disorders. Compared with patients with osteoarthrosis and those non-rheumatic, rheumatoid arthritis suffer more intensely and can not see anything positive and optimistic for the future, which further worsens the prognosis. The purpose of the paper: Estimation of the influence on the behavior of complex emotional experience of patients with osteoarthrosis, rheumatoid arthritis and non-rheumatic. Material and Methods: 45 individuals were included in the study: 30 patients admitted to the Artrology and Rheumatology Departments to the Republican Clinical Hospital during 2012 with confirmed diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthrosis deformans, and 15 people without the disease of this kind. Research methods have been theoretical ones: analysis,synthesis, different ways of defining and determining the complex emotional experience and types of behavior shown by patients in case of rheumatic diseases; practice: Self- acceptance scale, fear and incompetence scale, variant colours adapted to test for the diagnosis of emotional components and statistics. Conclusion: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis suffer more intensely and cannot see anything positive and optimistic for the future, compared with patients with osteoarthrosis and non-rheumatic individuals which further worsens the prognosis of the future. |
